CONCEPT
One Eyed Jack is a contemporary Izakaya concept. Izakayas are Japan’s version of a gastropub, where good vibes and shared plates of fabulous food go hand in hand. Our chef, an ex-Nobu Restaurants (Malibu, CA / New York, NY) veteran, presents an eclectic menu that offers a refreshing, innovative twist on Japanese cuisine.
